• Specializes in MMA, BJJ, BOXING, SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING, & KRAV MAGA.

• Recently MARRIED to Stephanie Gunneman.

• Athletic activities and extreme sports defined my world growing up in Southern California.

• From basketball and football to quad racing and cliff diving, I was driven by the thrill of the challenge.

• I moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1994, and began a journey into more structured fitness that led to a desire to help others. I found I could achieve the same thrill by leading others through their own fitness journey, and helping them push beyond their own perceived limitations. I led group fitness classes at World’s Gym for a few years and in 2009 opened Iron Core Athletics in Siloam Springs with a focus on personal training, group fitness, Krav Maga, CJJ Black Belt, Muay Thai, and self-defense.

• Outside the gym, I’ve coached recreation league basketball, soccer and football. These things are important to the health of our community, and I believe in the power of showing kids early-on that discipline and commitment can take them anywhere they want to go.
